How to Order

Before placing a wedding invitation order, we would advise ordering a sample.

Step 1
Place your Order
Order and pay online, by browsing through our online shop and adding your chosen items to the shopping cart:

Alternatively if you wish to pre-order your stationery, or pay offline and be invoiced separately, please complete our order form:

Once we have received your order, we will email you with an estimated dispatch date.
(For urgent or bespoke orders, please email us and we will do our best to help).

Step 2
Approve Artwork
Once we have your wording information and payment, PDF Proofs will be emailed to you within 1 week. Please email us any artwork amends, production will only commence once all the PDF proofs have been approved for printing.

Step 3
Items Delivered
Your stationery will be delivered within 1-3 Weeks of Artwork Approval. Once your order is complete, we will email you to confirm the dispatch date, and provide you with the parcel tracking information.

Standard Delivery: £5.00
– Items are delivered within 3-5 working days of dispatch
– A signature is required on delivery
– If you would like to upgrade to express delivery, then please get in touch.

Step 4
Send out your Invitations
If you are using Royal Mail to delivery your individual invitations, please ensure you use the correct postage. All our invitations should be sent ‘Large Letter’. We recommend that you visit your local Post Office to get your item weighed and measured, to ensure appropriate stamps are used.
